<p>Essential oils are one of the industry's major compounds, particularly in pharmaceutical, perfume and food sectors. They were acquired using several methods such as steam distillation. In this method, heat from will release aromatic molecule at their specific boiling points. Thus, it is important to regulate temperature correct level get perfect composition yield. Many studies have shown that essential oil volatile sensitive excess heat. order maintain desired temperature, study proposed an internal model control (IMC) based PID with fractional-order filter a controller for system. IMC model-based structure can handle parameter variations load disturbance very well. With inverse imposed loop, gain tracking The implementation cascaded may enhance system robustness process its iso-damping properties. This was conducted by simulation MATLAB R2018. step response closed-loop has been evaluated varying parameters depending on phase margin open-loop reference model. <em></em></p>
